This 1960’s California ranch was extended and renovated to add an updated kitchen/family room, new bathrooms, home office, remodeled fireplaces and general renovations throughout. The original style of the house was kept, but updated and improved. 

Sustainable aspects include bamboo and lyptus cabinetry with non-formaldehyde interiors, cork and linoleum floors, recycled glass counters, recycled glass tiles, natural clay finishes and energy-efficient custom lighting. A custom concrete pattern was developed by us with designer Lori Greenberg for the living room fireplace and tile insets at the exterior entrance.
