Renovations, furnishings and new kitchen in a house which originally lacked a cohesive style. To unify the disjoint spaces, a mix of prairie style and Japanese elements was developed to reflect the interests and personal tastes of each of the clients.

The design included custom cabinetry, fiberoptic backlit shoji screens, custom light fixtures by our sister company Fire & Water, and a custom patterned concrete fireplace surround developed by us with designer Lori Greenberg. Off the kitchen, the house had been extended into a rock cliff which we modified into a family room.
